Learn About Us: Chimhanda Tutoring is a complementary education tool that provides extra support to learners in traditional schools. Our goal as an organisation is to help Cambridge Maths students become the best academic version of themselves by providing Cambridge Mathematics Online Tutoring. This includes IGCSE Mathematics Online Tutoring, AS Level Mathematics Online Tutoring, and A Level Mathematics Online Tutoring. We do this because we know a sad truth: not every learner can understand any concept deeply in the classroom, even if they attempt to study alone afterwards.

Nelson Mandela famously said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." As an organisation, we truly value education. We understand that education is a precious opportunity and that quality education is a privilege many cannot afford. This means that as an organisation, we do everything in our power to deliver the best education we can deliver to our students. We do this because understand that our student's education is important, it empowers them. We value and take our student's education seriously, we also expect them to take it seriously as well.

We have multiple years of tutoring, and we have learnt one important fact. Education can not be administered or accepted in the absence of respect. Mutual respect must be present for any learning to be present. Therefore, as Chimhanda Tutoring, we ensure that our conduct is always respectful. Our organisation values respect because it affects how effective we are in our enterprise. We also strive to earn the respect of our students and their parents.

Here is a trade secret: being successful in education has nothing to do with your IQ. Your IQ is a useless number that is overhyped, what makes all the difference is the degree of your pro-activeness. Proactiveness can be defined as follows: creating or controlling a situation rather than just responding to it after it has happened. We value proactiveness because we understand that when our students are proactive, they go the extra mile in their education without needing to be pushed. They come to lessons prepared and engaged. Furthermore, as an organisation, we value being proactive in our pursuits. We address challenges before they are challenges. We give our students guidance before they know when they might need it. Our proactiveness is engrained in How We Work.

This is not because teachers are incompetent, no, the nature of the classroom systems forces learners with different aptitudes to move at the same pace. Some get left behind and some get slowed down.
